HDRSource offers a variety of different services for 3-D artists, developers, architects, interior designers, realtors, advertising, and marketing companies.

1. HDR / High Dynamic Range Store:

HDRSource offers up the latest high resolution, 360-degree panoramic HDR images, HDR libraries, and sIBL sets for incorporation into your 3-D projects.
Please visit the HDR store for more information and a sample of our gallery images.

2. Custom HDR Creation:

If you are in need of someone to take 360-degree High Dynamic Range images for your project, please feel free to contact me. I am conveniently located in the Boston/New England area and will travel on-site as necessary. I am the only person in the entire New England area (that I am aware of) that regularly takes 360-degree HDRs for computer graphics. I have some of the latest state-of-the-art photography equipment, computer hardware, software, and expertise to custom photograph and capture your environment.

Rates for a custom HDR creation is $2,000 per image. These costs cover the expenses of equipment, expertise, implementation, and processing time.

I can also be hired for $4,000 per day and will try to capture as many HDR photographs and environments as possible within the allotted time-frame.

These rates do not include additional charges for travel, meetings, airfare, accommodation, and meals.

3. 360-degree Virtual Tours / Virtual Reality and Photography:

If you are looking for 360-degree panoramic Virtual Reality/Virtual Tours of a space, we utilize much of the same equipment and software to efficiently capture an environment for display on presentations and websites. Realtors and developers often use our 360-degree virtual tours to help market their properties to prospective home owners and tenants. The format of images we provide will be Quicktime or Flash ready.

Rates for a single 360-degree panoramic image (non-HDR image) is $500–750 per image.

I can also be hired on a daily basis for $3,000 per day and will try to capture as many photographs and environments as possible within the allotted time-frame.

These rates do not include additional charges for travel, meetings, airfare, accommodation, and meals.

4. Website Design and Development:

I have over 10 years of experience setting up, hosting, designing, and developing websites. Some of my websites have been featured on CNN, Headline News, and in Time Magazine. My philosophy in creating and designing websites is to keep them as clean as possible while providing the end-user with a high quality, fully immersive experience.

I also believe in creating websites that can be easily maintained and updated by my clients. My latest websites are often designed around CMS (Content Management Systems)/Blogging systems because they are:

  1. Highly customizable appearance-wise and flexible.
  2. Easily extended.
  3. Easily maintained.
  4. Easily updated.
  5. Quickly implemented.
  6. Widely supported.
  7. Offers additional features such as forums and commenting systems
  8. Provides an easy interface to add news articles and developments.

These sites can be made to look like ordinary websites (non-blogging) yet are easier to maintain by using this methodology.

Added to my design and development skills, is a mastery of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) methods for Google. While many designers can create a website, few can create a clean visual experience, and even fewer have the knowledge to get their websites high in Internet ranking. The majority of the time, this is a completely separate service for which website owners charge thousands of dollars for and often result in minimal results. I can often get client’s websites to a very high rank on the Internet for various search terms. Optimizing your website for hits through search engines pays for itself alone in advertising. My main website, Lunarstudio is a prime example of properly employed SEO techniques — it ranks for over 100 search terms in the top 10 of various Google searches and is currently ranked #2 for my main field of work.

Rates are $5,000 minimum per website and take a week on average to complete. Advanced websites which include forums, shopping carts, and require a higher levels of search engine optimization (for highly competitive categories) will increase these rates. Please contact me for more information.

Please note that I do not work on nor support any websites that are racist, misogynist, anti-LGBT, or in any way support the denial of human rights.

5. Advance Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Consultancy and Implementation:

I guard my search engine optimization techniques very closely. The more difficult the key phrase/key term, the longer the investment of time in an ever changing, dynamic field. The end-results would be typical of hiring a marketing expert/executive on a full-time basis for several years straight, or hundreds of thousands of dollars on a banner/advertisement campaign. Due to the comparison of hiring a full-time marketing employee, my advance rates tend to be very expensive yet more than pays for itself in results.

6. 3-D Architectural Renderings and Animations:

My main company, Lunarstudio specializes in 3d architectural renderings and animations. Please visit www.lunarstudio.com for more information.

Lunarstudio also specializes in 3-D product modeling and illustration services. Please visit www.lunarstudio.com for more information.
