The state of Mass­a­chu­setts in the United States cur­rently charges a 6.25% sales tax and is auto­mat­i­cally cal­cu­lated by Paypal.

How are these Prod­ucts Delivered?

After your pur­chase is processed and con­firmed, you will be sent an auto­mated email to the address you reg­is­tered with. This email will con­tain an encrypted/​hashed? link to your avail­able down­load.
The major­ity of the time, this process is almost instan­ta­neous. Any delay will most likely be the result of pro­cess­ing of your infor­ma­tion on Paypal’s end.

Do you Phys­i­cally Ship your Prod­ucts as Well?

Cur­rently, I do not for the sake of sim­plic­ity and effi­ciency. If I do receive request for a phys­i­cal product/​DVD, I will con­sider this as an extended option for future release.

As with the major­ity of soft­ware, stock pho­tog­ra­phy, and music down­loads on the Inter­net, all pur­chases are con­sid­ered final to pre­vent soft­ware piracy and reselling.

What Goes into these Costs?

I try to pro­vide a rea­son­able price for the amount of work involved — to some degree it involved com­par­ing other avail­able libraries on the Inter­net and find­ing a fair bal­ance. Pro­duc­ing good High Dynamic Range images and panora­mas requires a heavy invest­ment in time, pho­tog­ra­phy equip­ment, hard­ware, and soft­ware. As an artist who has strug­gled in the past, I feel it is nec­es­sary to help sup­port our fel­low artists. In addi­tion to all of this, the costs of host­ing these files are sub­stan­tial. In fact, I often go through the high­est host­ing plan my web­site host has to offer and the data becomes metered.
