YOUR PURCHASE OF THIS LIBRARY MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

License Terms:

1. SINGLE COPY SOFTWARE LICENSE: The textures in this library are copyrighted and protected by law and international treaty. By purchasing this library, you are allowed to make derivate works based on the textures in this collection, and modify them in any other way. You may use these textures in 3D renderings and real time 3D environments in commerical or non-commercial projects. No other use is granted unless specifically licensed to do otherwise by hdrsource.com. This is a license, and you may not:
A) transfer this texture collection or the documentation in whole or in part to another person without HDRSource.com’s permission
B) remove any copyright or other HDRSource.com proprietary notices. You may not permit anyone else to modify this texture library or use it for any commercial purpose or public display, performance, sale or rental
C) transfer this texture library to another person. You agree to prevent any copying of this texture library that you have purchased.

2. OWNERSHIP: This texture library is an agreement between the purchasee and HDRSource that it may not be copied, reproduced, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without hdrsource.com’s prior written permission except for the purpose of personal backup.

3. BREACH OF CONTRACT: The buyer/user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold HDRSource, our affiliates, employees and agents harmless from any loss, damages, claim or liability of any kind arising from the use of these libraries in any form, any breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or the buyer’s/user’s negligent act, omission or willful misconduct. All license rights granted pursuant to this agreement shall automatically terminate upon the breach of this agreement.

4. DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTY: HDRSource warrants these library files to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 60 days from delivery. Your sole remedy for a breach of this warranty is the replacement of the HDRSource library. Refunding the purchase price is only an option for HDRSource. HDRSource makes no other warranties or representations with regard to the HDRSource libraries and any implied warranties of merchantibility, fitness for a particular purpose, title of non-infrigment are hereby disclaimed.
